All security deposits placed on AutoAuctionMall.com are refundable only when a vehicle has not been acquired by one of our affiliate dealers from the Insurance auction. Situations where this situation may arise include;

  • The vehicle sells for more at auction than the highest bid you offered through AutoAuctionMall.com
  • The Insurance auction does not approve your offer
  • You cancel your bid during the pre-bidding period before the live auction for the vehicle begins.

If the vehicle has already been acquired from the Insurance auction by one of our dealer affiliates and you (the buyer) forfeits the sale your security deposit will NOT be refundable.
